Wow

I just saw that the medical device company that sold me the bone growth stimulator for my ankle injury billed my health insurance plan $4,970.00!!! My insurance only paid $2,250.00 for it and luckily I'm not responsible for any extra charges. $5000 for a plastic tube that has a blinking light and dubious medical benefits. Man, I wish my insurance company had paid me $2,250.00 if I had declined treatment because I noticed no tangible benefits from having that thing hooked up to my feet for almost a full month.
