Only in New York

Yesterday I came across a campaign commercial touting a democratic mayoral candidate's proposal to cut taxes for the middle-class: "If you make less than $150,000 a year, you will receive a 10% tax cut." If earning $150k a year puts one in middle class, then where the hell are my food stamps?
