Tech Nauseum

I just rebooted my cable box in order to get HBO On Demand to work properly. It's also pretty fucked up when I have to provide tech support to my parents for their TV! Like that one time when my dad accidentally pressed the "SAP" button on the TV remote and got confused by the Spanish that was coming out of the TV. Or how I had to train my parents to use my cell phone when I was home during Christmas because it's got so many different functions and the buttons perform different operations in different context screens.

I hope there won't be a day when I have to take lessons from my kids just to open the door.
